All uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. Encryption keys are managed separately from stored content.

Content is stored in encrypted cloud storage with redundant, geographically separated backups to protect against hardware failure or regional incident.

Access to production systems is limited to authorised personnel, protected by multi-factor authentication, and reviewed regularly.

Access to any individual video requires documented authorisation tied to an approved release or lawful request.

Administrative actions, verification reviews and release approvals are permanently logged with the identity of the reviewer and the time of the action.

If we become aware of an incident affecting personal data, we will investigate promptly and notify affected account holders in accordance with applicable law.
