Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the recipient information you provide.

Each plan includes a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. Storage and release services continue while your subscription remains in good standing.

If a subscription lapses, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you before any content is affected.

You retain full ownership of everything you upload. You grant Legacy Vault only the limited rights required to store, protect and deliver your messages to your named recipients.

Messages are released only after a passing is verified in accordance with the Death Verification Policy. Legacy Vault may decline a release where documentation is incomplete or disputed.

We provide our services with substantial safeguards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service.
