Video Release Policy

A release begins only when official documentation of your passing is submitted and verified by our team in accordance with the Death Verification Policy.

Once approved, each named recipient receives an individual secure email invitation. Recipients create their own password and gain access only to the videos assigned to them.

Recipients cannot see other recipients' messages, your account details, or any content you did not assign to them.

Where you have set a priority order, invitations are issued in that order. Releases are typically completed within five business days of approval.

If a release is disputed, we may pause delivery while the matter is reviewed. Every pause and resumption is logged.
