Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your decision. This policy explains how refunds work.
Setup fees
Setup fees are refundable in full within 30 days of account creation, provided no release has been requested.
Monthly subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period is not prorated.
If you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund the charge.
After a release
Once a verified release has been approved and delivered, setup and subscription fees for that account are not refundable.
How to request a refund
Email care@legacyvault.com with your account email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
